Il mio mercato a Hong Kong. Si tratta di un mercato rionale o "Wet Market" come lo chiamano qui a Hong Kong.
La cosa interessante e particolare è che in questo mercato commercializzano e vendono prodotti tipici della zona interna di Hong Kong e quindi tutto l'allevamento e la coltivazione dei prodotti è svolta a KM Zero e tutto basato su agricoltura biologica.
